The BRZ won 2013 All-Stars award for the sports car category, which is defined as a vehicle that could be used on track as well as a daily driver.
The BRZ was chosen as one of Car and Driver magazine’s 2013 10Best: Cars – an award the publication bestows on its favorite cars (priced below $80,000) for a given model year.
Among the six award recognitions from Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine, the BRZ won the “Most Fuel Efficient” award in the sports car category. Kiplinger’s evaluated 2013 models based on price and category, ranking them for value, performance, and safety.
